What types of cleaning services do you offer?
We provide standard, deep, move-in/out, post construction, along with add-ons such as wash + fold and pet cleaning. We also offer commercial and Airbnb cleanings.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not at all — it’s completely up to you. Many clients provide us with secure access, and we’ll take care of the rest.
What if my home is bigger than 1000 sq ft?
We do charge extra for every 500sqft after 1000.
Do you offer recurring cleaning schedules?
We offer both weekly and biweekly cleaning schedules, arranged on the day that works best for you. To get started, the first appointment will be a Deep clean at our standard rate. If you choose to continue with a recurring schedule after your first clean, all recurring cleanings are offered at a discounted rate and we do ask for a minimum 3-month commitment.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes! We offer student specials, weekly and biweekly recurring discounts, and seasonal promotions. We also have a referral program where you and the referee gets $25 off their next clean.

What happens if I’m not satisfied?
We stand behind our work. If something isn’t right, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll make it right.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least a week in advance, especially for deep cleans and move-in/move-out services. Same-day bookings may be available depending on our schedule.
When do I pay the remainder of the balance?
The remainder of the balance is due the morning of service, 2 hours prior to start time.
How do I pay for my cleaning?
We currently accept Zelle, Venmo, and cash.
There is a 50% non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking your appointment. The deposit is applied to your final balance.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes, we bring all supplies and equipment. If you’d like us to use your preferred products, just let us know in advance.
What if I’m running late or need to reschedule?
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to let our cleaners in, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
